HR Medewerker (16-24 hours per week)

We are Valkenpower, a growing international import and export company, where we specialize in tools, machines and workshop equipment. We are located right on the highway in Maasbracht and are therefore easy to reach from all over Limburg (Netherlands).

And we are looking for an:
HR Medewerker (16-24 hours per week)

What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced HR medewerker who wants to support the management in HR matters in the broadest sense of the word. This includes (supporting) recruitment and selection, processing mutations, managing the personnel system, implementing and monitoring the Collective Labour Agreement for the Metal and Engineering Industry, further developing the job center and salary structure, processing leave, managing sick leave, drawing up and managing the personnel guide, managing and processing outflow, and everything in between. A position where you can really make a difference for both staff and management. Daarnaast zal je onze financiële afdeling ondersteunen bij crediteuren-debiteuren. 

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of work experience as an HR medewerker. You have strong communication skills and you dare to give your honest opinion at all times. You are also flexible and can work independently. After all, you are the only HR medewerker within this organization.
