The TIG welding process makes it possible to weld controllably with a very low current. Ideal for making high quality welds on thin materials such as pipes, pressure vessels and ornaments. Unlike MIG/MAG and MMA welding, TIG welding produces almost no splashes. This results in minimal post-processing.

All Soldatech powered by HG TIG welders are infinitely adjustable, easy to operate and equipped with both pulse and HF ignition. The digital display clearly shows the functions and the sequence of the welding process on the basis of a diagram.

This Soldatech powered by HG TIG welding machine is standard equipped with a solid trolley that easily carries a 50L gas bottle and processes a huge range of materials with different welding processes including AC/DC Pulse, TIG and MMA welding. With the setting and selection buttons, all parameters of the TL315ACHG can easily be set in the correct way, so that every welding job is completed with high quality results.

The modern IGBT inverter technology ensures that the TL315ACHG delivers sustainable performance with more power and a high duty cycle. In addition, the TL315ACHG is equipped as standard with a powerful water cooler which prevents overheating in combination with a built-in fan and ensures that high-quality welding performance is guaranteed over a long period of time.

The digital continuously adjustable display shows very clearly the welding processes and possibilities. Thanks to the HF ignition, the device starts up smoothly at all times.

The supplied TLT18M4 torch is equipped with water cooling for a long service life when welding with high amperage.

Due to the hot-start / anti-stick function, the welding current is quickly increased, so that the electrode does not stick to the workpiece during ARC welding.

Ideal for welding aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, copper and special aluminum alloys.
